Pricing questions
What is a credit?
One completed assessment. Someone opens the link you sent, fills it in, and you get a scored result — that costs one credit. Abandoned links cost nothing.
What is free?
Everything else. Signing up, building assessments, defining traits, configuring charts, previewing your own assessment, and reading every result you have already collected.
Do credits expire?
No. Buy what you need for the engagement in front of you and the rest waits for the next one.
What happens when I run out?
Your links stop accepting new responses and say so politely. Nothing is deleted, and topping up brings the same links back — you do not have to re-send anything.
Can I sell my assessments to other people?
You can list them. Publish an assessment publicly and turn on its share link, and it appears in the marketplace for anyone to take. Paid listings are coming.
Is there a subscription?
No. There is nothing to cancel, nothing to size up front, and no monthly bill for a month you did not use.
