Pricing questions
What counts as a client workspace?
A sub-organization under your workspace — typically one per client. Each has its own members, assignments, and role-based access, and comes with three seats for the people in it.
What is a seat?
A seat is a person in a client workspace — usually a respondent taking assessments. Every client workspace includes 3 seats; extra seats are $1/mo each and belong to that client. Your own staff never consume seats.
Is there a free tier?
No — a subscription starts at checkout when you create your workspace. Your first client workspace seat is part of the base price, and you only add seats when you need them.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from the customer portal. Your data stays put, and you can resubscribe later to pick up right where you left off.
How do I pay?
Checkout and billing are handled by Stripe. You manage your subscription, invoices, and payment method from the customer portal.
